Baptism
All Baptisms must be scheduled with Deacon Larry. Parents seeking to baptize their first child must attend a baptismal workshop. Please call Deacon Larry at the parish office (513-728-4331) to schedule.
Reconciliation
Confessions are Saturday from 3:30-4:00 pm, or by appointment by contacting the parish office. Reconciliation services for the whole Pastoral Region are held in Lent and Advent.
Catechesis for First Reconciliation begins in the second grade (in both the school and PSR) in the fall, with children receiving the sacrament during Advent.
Families are encouraged to partake in this healing sacrament along with their children. Please contact the Office of Religious Education if you have questions about sacramental instruction.
Eucharist
Second graders (in both the school and PSR) begin learning about the Blessed Sacrament after their First Reconciliation, receiving the Eucharist for the first time in the weeks following Easter.
Please contact the Office of Religious Education if you have questions about sacramental instruction.
Confirmation
Seventh graders (in both the school and PSR) aged 12 and over are eligible to receive the sacrament of Confirmation. Catechesis takes place in the school and PSR, and includes lessons, projects and service work meant to deepen knowledge and appreciation for the work of the Holy Spirit.
Celebration of the sacrament generally takes place in late fall. Please contact the Office of Religious Education if you have questions about sacramental instruction.
Marriage
Call the parish office at least six months prior to desired date. Please contact the parish before making other arrangements/reservations.
Anointing of the Sick
If you have a serious or chronic medical condition, are in frail health, are experiencing serious mental health issues, are of advanced age, or have a surgery scheduled in the near future, stop by the sacristy after Mass and ask for the Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick. You can also call the parish office to schedule an appointment.
If you know of a parishioner in the hospital or if you have a planned hospitalization, please let us know. As a patient, please tell the hospital admitting clerk or a pastoral visitor that you would like your church notified. The hospitals cannot and will not call us unless you tell them to do so.
