Dear St. Vivian Families,
Our school enrollment renewal period for current families for the 2021-22 school year will be held January 15th-29th. Class sizes are limited, so please be sure to renew your enrollment by the deadline in order to ensure your spot for next year. Open enrollment for new families begins with our Open House on Sunday, January 31st, 2:00-4:00pm. The best advertisement is word of mouth, so please spread the word about our wonderful school!
We strongly encourage our families to apply for financial aid opportunities through a FACTS account. The fee for FACTS is waived, so this can be done at no cost to our families. To apply for tuition assistance, go to our website https://mystvivian.org/, select Tuition, and choose Tuition Assistance on the drop-down menu. Click on FACTS and follow the instructions for opening an account.
FACTS is what is required for both the CEF scholarship and financial assistance from the parish. The only difference is the deadlines and required tax returns.

- The deadline for the CEF scholarship is February 8, 2021 (for the 2021-2022 school year) and requires a 2019 tax return.
- The parish tuition assistance requires a 2020 tax return and awards are made in May.
