Participant Registration (Students in grades Pre-school through 5th Grade for 2023-2024 year)
To register as a participant, you can either pick up the form in church or from St. Vivian Parish Office or you can access the form by downloading the PDF file here.
Please fill out the form – front AND back. Forms can be returned to any family parish office or through the collection basket.
Cost is $20 (includes canvas backpack and one CD/digital download per family). Late Fee is an additional $10.
Make checks payable to St. Vivian Church. Please clearly mark envelopes with “VBS Registration“.
Registrations due June 20, 2023. Please contact Julie Zinser after June 15 to check for space for late registrants.

Volunteer Registration (rising 6th Grade – adult)
We need Control Volunteers to teach our little ones to shine like Jesus! We need MANY volunteers to make VBS successful! Hours are 8:30 a.m. – noon at St. Clare. If you are an adult or student who will be in the 6th grade or older in the fall and would like to volunteer, please fill out the form – front AND back – and return it to any family parish office. If you are under 18, please have a parent fill out the release on the back of the form. All adult volunteers must be Safe Parish compliant.

Registrations due June 20, 2020. Volunteers who sign up after June 15 may not receive a t-shirt.
Volunteer Training Sessions (all sessions are at the St. Clare campus):

- Sunday, July 16 | noon until finished (set-up)
